Overview

The Technology Lead will join AMGEN's Global Commercial Operations – Technology capability team, focusing on supporting technology roadmap development in various business value streams. This role involves leading complex initiatives and guiding junior team members while fostering collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in business analysis or systems engineering.
• Proven experience leading complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, AWS, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory environments is preferred.
