Technology Lead - Remote

Overview

The Technology Lead is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.

In Short

• Manage one or more Applications Development teams.
• Conduct personnel duties for the team including performance evaluations and hiring.
• Provide technical oversight across systems and applications.
• Contribute to strategies for applications development.
• Monitor delivery of end results and participate in budget management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and project management skills.
• Proficient in Java, J2EE, and related technologies.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery environments.
• Work on transactional applications for low latency, high availability.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry.
• Experience as Applications Development Manager.
• Stakeholder and people management experience.
• Proven project management skills.
• Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
