Lead, HR Technology - Remote

Overview

The Lead, HR Technology will be a critical role in leading the development, implementation, and management of the people technology stack at GHX. This position serves as the subject matter expert for all HR systems and uses their expertise to drive processes and improvements to deliver an amazing employee experience. The Lead will oversee operations and implement improvements to all systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience managing HR systems.
• Proficiency in role requirements with a unique perspective.
