Contracts Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Contract Analyst is responsible for drafting and managing a variety of contracts as part of the commercial deal management process. This includes User Agreements, Statement of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and other contract-related documents. The primary goal is to ensure all contracts are drafted accurately and efficiently, and in compliance with predefined internal turnaround times and approval workflows. This role requires close cross-functionally between the Sales and internal departments such as Product Management, Consulting, Legal, Implementation, Accounting and Finance.

• Draft various customer-facing documents, including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms.
• Review and negotiate contract redlines with Legal and Sales.
• Understand and apply go-to-market strategies and product offerings.
• Ensure accurate and efficient contract processing.
• Deliver operational support for contract lifecycle management.
• Maintain data integrity in quoting and contracting systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support internal documentation maintenance.
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields.
• Strong collaboration skills across business functions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Familiarity with contract and legal document structures.
• Strong critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Icertis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
