Contract Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Contract Analyst at Medtronic, you will be responsible for administering, negotiating, and terminating contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

• Administer and negotiate standard and nonstandard contracts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years experience or Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years experience.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and administration.
• Analytical skills for data compilation and analysis.
• Knowledge of legal compliance and company policies.
• Ability to mentor and guide lower-level professionals.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in preparing bids and reports.
