Senior Contract Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Performance and Rebate Analyst will manage contract performance, rebate tracking, and compliance for various channels, ensuring accurate execution of contractual obligations and supporting rebate program integrity.

In Short

• Manage end-to-end contract performance and rebate tracking.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Solutions, Legal, and Finance.
• Track and enforce contract terms for approximately 130 distributor accounts.
• Support GPO contract compliance and local CLA performance tracking.
• Own end-to-end rebate administration and eligibility verification.
• Use sales data to report and validate rebate metrics.
• Mitigate financial and compliance risk in rebate processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Develop scalable templates and workflows for tracking.
• Propose automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience or 8+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (visualization tools, pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Experience with medical device contracts preferred.
• Ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
