In Short

• Provide administrative support to the Legal & Contracts Team to enhance and streamline business processes.
• Manage, organize, and maintain documents in an electronic filing system and records within business systems, such as Salesforce and BOX.
• Conduct initial research.
• Draft and proofread correspondence and legal and contractual documents (including budgets).
• Other projects and activities as requested from time to time.
