ASEAN Analyst Contractor - Remote

Overview

The contractor will support the team’s monitoring of economic, political, and regulatory developments in the ASEAN region, providing analysis and insights for multinational companies.

• Conduct primary and secondary research on ASEAN developments.

• Support creation of analysis and presentations for senior executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field, ideally Economics.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Strong economics knowledge and application of macroeconomic principles.
• Knowledge of key ASEAN markets.
• Research experience in academic or professional settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to cover a variety of topics.
• Familiarity with quantitative economic analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: working proficiency in a Southeast Asian language.
