Overview

The Client Success Manager (CSM) plays a crucial role in ensuring clients effectively utilize SaaS products, driving product adoption, and providing training and support to enhance client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure training and configuration needs are met.
  • Demonstrate mastery in all products related to Public Policy and Advocacy.
  • Deliver on-site and webinar training for clients.
  • Utilize ChurnZero to focus on customer retention and product usage.
  • Analyze client usage and suggest best practices for efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with client contacts to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand client challenges and how our tools can help.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in delivering consultative trainings for SaaS products.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Experience with consultative conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with technical implementation of software (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM tool (preferred).
  • Knowledge of the legislative and policy arena (preferred).
