Manager, People Operations (HR) - Remote

Overview

The Manager, People Operations will partner with the VP, People to optimize and manage HR operations and employee experience initiatives, overseeing day-to-day operations and leading process improvements.

• Support configuration and maintenance of HR systems and workflows
• Lead employee lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding
• Manage and develop a team of People Operations Coordinators
• Coordinate performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure process compliance with security and regulatory requirements
• Stay current on HR operational best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience
• Support HR system adoption through training coordination
• Assist with vendor relationship management
• Generate regular reporting and support data analysis for people metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with 2 years in an operations role
• Proven experience leading and developing teams
• Experience with HRIS systems (BambooHR, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• Experience supporting HR programs in a multi-stakeholder environment
• Basic knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
• Experience improving operational processes
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• High integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality
