  • Maintain SOPs and audit-ready documentation for compliance.
  • Support open enrollment and other compliance requirements.
  • Administer and optimize People Ops systems like Notion and SharePoint.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Deliver workforce reports and analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience in People Operations or HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. benefits and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and People Ops tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
  • Strong communication skills for employee inquiries.
  • Experience in process improvement and automation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
