Overview

The Manager, People Operations will design, implement, and continuously improve global systems, processes, and workflows that are scalable and efficient, ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence across a remote workforce.

In Short

  • Manage strategy and optimization of HR technology including HRIS, ATS and LMS.
  • Optimize workflows to reduce manual work and increase automation.
  • Ensure data integrity, drive reporting and insights for better people decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee global HR operations across multiple regions and countries.
  • Serve as primary contact for employer of record (EOR).
  • Maintain up-to-date policies, handbooks, and employment practices.
  • Lead remote work policies and global mobility processes.
  • Design and refine compensation programs and salary structures.
  • Contribute to the evolution of global benefits strategy.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of HR/People Operations experience in high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience owning and scaling HR systems and rewards programs.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Rippling, Checkr, and similar platforms.
  • High attention to detail and process ownership.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and workflows.
  • Experience managing direct reports and scaling teams.
  • Familiarity with remote-first team models.
