Senior Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

Patch My PC is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations and perform key hands-on accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

In Short

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, sales tax, and payroll.
• Complete treasury functions and assist with invoicing processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate with subsidiary accounting personnel.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory audits.
• Implement changes to enhance the close process.
• Maintain internal accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and active CPA license.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Skilled in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience leading a financial close process.
• Experience overseeing G/L functions, QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
