Overview

The Director of Legal at Patch My PC will lead the legal function, providing strategic advice across various business units while managing commercial contracts, employment law, and compliance.

Requirements

• J.D. degree and active membership in a U.S. state bar.
• 7+ years of legal experience, including in-house and law firm.
• Experience in high-growth companies or startups.
• Expertise in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment law and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High integrity and professionalism in confidential matters.
