Overview

As Director of Legal, you will integrate deep legal expertise with strategic leadership to help mitigate risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide information decision-making that safeguards and propels Versapay’s success.

• Lead contract negotiations including software licensing and vendor agreements.

• Juris Doctor (JD) required from an accredited law school.
• 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in technology or software.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in at least one jurisdiction within the US.
• 3-5 years of legal experience in technology or software-related environments.
• Strong preference for privacy and/or payments experience.
