• Stay informed of trends in Web3, AI, blockchain, and FinTech industries.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from a top-tier law school and admission to at least one state bar.
• 4+ years of experience at a reputable law firm or in-house.
• Extensive legal experience in regulatory matters related to Web3 and blockchain.
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations (e.g., SEC, CFTC, FINRA).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
