• Manage all people operations for the team in North America.

• Support managers with people-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws.

• Handle benefits and leave administration.
• Run ad-hoc projects in collaboration with the Head of People.

• Work closely with the Head of People.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR roles.
• Familiarity with US labor laws.
• Experience in early-stage start-ups.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to leverage AI for efficiency.
• Passion for climate action.
• Based in the US, preferably in the ET time zone.
