As a People Operations Manager, you are the enabler behind the scenes. You ensure that our team grows, feels comfortable, and works efficiently together. From recruiting support to onboarding to culture and team processes, you actively shape how we collaborate at feld energy – today and in the future.

In Short

• Build and develop efficient HR and People processes – from administration to development discussions.
• Support new team members from the first contact to successful integration.
• Structure HR topics such as employment contracts, benefits, time tracking, and tools.
• Support in the recruiting process and maintain our HR systems.
• Plan and implement team events, feedback formats, and internal communication.
• Work closely with the founders on personnel strategy and organizational development.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR / People Operations – ideally in startups, small organizations, or growth companies.
• Good sense of people, organization, and communication.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and like to take responsibility.
• You are familiar with tools like Google Workspace, HR software, and collaboration tools (chat, project management).
• You share our enthusiasm for sustainability, renewable energies, and building a strong team.
• You are flexible: Whether full-time or part-time – we will find the right model together.
