Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in startup, tech, or sustainability environments.
• A passion for connecting people and potentials.
• Structured and proactive work approach, with a desire to build and improve.
• Familiarity with common recruiting tools, ATS systems, Google Workspace, and ability to quickly learn new software.
• A mindset focused on possibilities, sharing a passion for sustainability, innovation, and teamwork.
