Requirements

• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build talent pools.
• Proficient in modern recruiting tools and applicant management systems.
• Organized and committed to high levels of accountability.
• Data-driven and structured approach to process development and optimization.
• Experience in selecting appropriate interview methods and making informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
