Overview

As a Recruiter at Lokal, your primary objective will be to effectively screen and prepare candidates for client interviews, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial outreach to successful candidate placement.

In Short

• Ensure at least 8 candidates are lined up for client interviews each day.
• Conduct a minimum of 4 interviews daily with shortlisted candidates.
• Achieve at least 2 candidate selections per day from the interviews conducted.
• Secure at least 1 confirmed candidate joining per day from the selections made.
• Maintain an active talk time of 2.5 - 3 hours daily to engage with candidates.
• Complete and document candidate profiles daily.
• Screen candidates based on client-specific requirements and schedule interviews.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure they attend scheduled interviews.
• Provide post-selection support to enhance candidate onboarding experience.
• Maintain up-to-date records of candidate interactions and outcomes.
