Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of the talent acquisition process across a variety healthcare roles with a focus on nursing, ancillary, and provider recruitment when needed.

• Document and track candidates in the ATS.
• Contribute to process improvement strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare recruiting experience required.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and collaborative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• General Human Resources knowledge.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
