• Own the end-to-end global recruiting process.

• Stay informed on recruiting trends and AI-enhanced tools.
• Communicate proactively to create an engaging candidate journey.
• Accurately track and manage candidate data.
• Leverage tools like Workday for data-informed hiring decisions.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience with global recruitment is a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning in the recruiting industry.
