In Short

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, and managing the process through offer stage
• Collaborate with AlphaHire leadership to understand client needs and hiring priorities
• Leverage our ATS, tools, and existing candidate database to deliver high-quality results quickly
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process and great experience for all parties
• Maintain candidate and client information accurately and securely
• Contribute to a culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or internal)
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
• Proven track record of successful placements across multiple roles and industries
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones
