Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team at WorkOS, a developer platform that helps make apps enterprise-ready. In this role, you will enhance our recruitment process, drive candidate engagement, and attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles.

In Short

• Manage candidates through the entire interview process while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Enhance referral programs to maximize network-based referrals.
• Gather feedback from candidates to improve the recruitment process.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment activities.
• Develop and refine interview loops and questions aligned with company goals.

• Proven experience as a recruiter across technical and nontechnical roles.
• Experience recruiting for early-stage teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
