Design Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Design Program Manager to join our Brand Design team at WorkOS. This role is focused on bringing operational structure to creative environments and ensuring smooth processes behind the scenes.

In Short

• Coordinate and track design project workflows from kickoff through delivery.
• Drive process improvement by establishing project briefs and internal review cycles.
• Maintain a clear file organization system across Figma and Google Drive.
• Oversee task and documentation systems in Linear, Notion, and Google Docs.
• Act as an operational connector across design, marketing, product, and engineering.
• Continuously refine workflows to increase design team efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management or design operations.
• Strong grasp of organizational systems and file hygiene.
• Experience with task management systems and collaborative platforms.
• Skilled at working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate blockers.
• Friendly and approachable, yet firm on deadlines and processes.
