• Join the Product Program Management team as a Design Program Manager.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Design Ops and Program Management.
• Experience with UX teams in B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a pragmatic approach.
• Ability to drive projects and facilitate alignment.
• Passion for user experience and improving team effectiveness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
