Requirements

• 2 - 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience in recruiting technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Strong focus on execution and follow-through.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment tools like Lever and Workday.
