We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team and partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

In Short

• Source and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques.
• Advise hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
• Shape and evolve the hiring approach with team members and leadership.
• Guide candidates through the interview experience from application to offer.
• Provide data insights to identify bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline.
• Refine recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms for accurate reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience for multiple departments.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting in agency and high growth startup settings.
• Experience with creative sourcing techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of software development roles.
• Excellent communication skills for updates and expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset to inform recruiting strategies.
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
