Overview

The Recruiter will partner with GTM leadership in Mexico to support the build of the Mexico team, focusing on sales recruiting in a fast-paced environment.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand priority roles and search calibration.
• Help build out the Mexico GTM organization.
• Full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles and teams.
• Manage hiring manager expectations and develop interview processes.
• Measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates.
• Focus on operational hygiene and attention to detail.
• Use data to influence hiring decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales recruiting and 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting.
• Natural people person, thriving in team environments.
• Strong understanding of the recruiting landscape in Mexico.
• Proven track record of establishing trust with hiring managers.
• Exceptional project management skills and flexibility.
