Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top talent for a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability.

In Short

  • Conduct in-person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates through job fairs and networking.
  • Source candidates using various channels including social media and job boards.
  • Develop relationships with staffing agencies and career centers.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews in person or via video/phone.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide feedback to improve strategies.
  • Handle job offers and pre-employment activities.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, especially in high-volume recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment law.
