Overview

HighFive Healthcare is a doctor-led dental support organization specializing in oral surgery and endodontics. We partner with specialists across the Southeast to provide comprehensive practice management services—including HR, marketing, IT, finance, and compliance—so physicians can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across all divisions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Use data to track recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Source and engage candidates using various platforms.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines through ATS.
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews.
• Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions.
• Support compliance with employment laws.
• Represent HighFive at career fairs and recruiting events.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in recruiting platforms and ATS systems.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
