The Recruiter at Velocity Global plays a crucial role in the full life cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Develop recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.
  • Manage candidate administration and ensure job postings are updated.
  • Build an active pool of candidates for future hiring.
  • Coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for candidates.
  • Review applications and evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Communicate logistics with candidates regarding assessments and interviews.
  • Coordinate with Talent Operations for candidate checks.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with hiring managers.
  • Assist personnel on recruiting-related matters.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics for process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in a start-up environment.
  • Experience managing high volume and niche hiring.
  • Exposure to global HR or Tech environments is a plus.
  • Competency-based interview experience required.
  • Experience with Greenhouse and Google Suite.
  • Ability to work independently on critical open positions.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
