In Short

• Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety of roles, with a focus on product and engineering roles.
• Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, adapting to the changing needs of the business as necessary.
• Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach.
• Conducting talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends, etc.
• Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction.
• You have 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• You have a relentless drive to reach your goals, and you have a high work ethic.
• You’re energized by finding the perfect candidate for the roles you’re working on.
• You want to learn how a talent function scales alongside business growth.
• You love to learn and challenge yourself.
• You are creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent.

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• High work ethic and drive to achieve goals.
• Ability to find the perfect candidates.
• Desire to learn about scaling talent functions.
• Creative thinking in talent sourcing.
