Overview

As a Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition Team, you will own recruiting for all hiring needs across the customer/support department, managing recruitment logistics and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In Short

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements.
• Evaluate and engage with inbound candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as project manager for the hiring process.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure candidate information is up-to-date.
• Assist in developing recruitment metrics and reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment role.
• Experience using ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and social media platforms.
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques.
• Some knowledge of recruitment metrics.
• Experience project managing the hiring process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Competency in handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
