Overview

As a Claims Specialist on our Customer Team, you will own the assessment and settlement of claims within your own settlement authority, ensuring fast resolution and prompt payment for customers.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day claims activities for new claims.
  • Own the assessment and approval of new claims.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding claims status and policy coverage.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is collected and filed accurately.
  • Maintain quality of work to meet KPIs.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Follow current insurance guidelines and regulations.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience handling claims.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential.
  • Any other European language is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable.
