Overview

As a Licensed Travel Claims Adjuster on our Customer Team, you will own the assessment and settlement of claims within your own settlement authority, ensuring a fast resolution and prompt payment for customers.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day claims activities, including claims actions, emails, and payments.
  • Own the assessment and approval of new claims and complicated cases.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is collected and filed.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy to meet business KPIs.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Stay updated on insurance guidelines and regulations.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of claims adjusting experience.
  • Active claims adjusting license(s) or ability to obtain them.
  • Basic understanding of insurance products and terminology.
  • Experience developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a related field is desirable.
