In Short

• We’re looking for a Claims Adjuster to help build modern commercial insurance.
• Drive Nirvana’s claims organization by auditing and driving claim success.
• Review coverage and damage analysis completed by the TPA.
• Provide input on liability decisions and recovery opportunities.
• Collaborate on severity losses, reserve adjustments, and claim evaluations.
• Make recommendations on settlement negotiations and litigation management.
• Utilize data to drive focus on claim trends.
• Handle special projects related to the claims organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in claim adjudication, preferably in commercial auto/transportation.
• Active adjusters license in home or designated home state.
• Clear track record of over-achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Bias-to-action and owner mentality.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• Ability to navigate in areas of gray.
• Strong collaborator with team members globally.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
