In Short

• Handle first-party and third-party commercial auto claims.
• Analyze coverage and tag key data elements for model training.
• Make informed liability decisions and document reasoning.
• Collaborate with claims, product, engineering, and data teams.
• Study and assess demands and settlements.
• Leverage past claims data to improve AI algorithms.
• Work on special projects to assist AI-powered claims adjusting.
• Gather and organize data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Manage diverse claims datasets with exceptional proficiency.
• Be part of a distributed team across the US and India.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial auto claim adjudication.
• At least 2 years of commercial carrier claims experience.
• Experience handling claims up to $500k FDV.
• Active adjusters license in home or designated home state.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Owner mentality and accountability for actions and results.
• Ability to work in high-growth & ambiguous start-up environments.
• College degree or minimum of 10-years of claims experience.
