Overview

The Desktop Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex and high-value claims related to home damage or loss, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the claims journey.

In Short

  • Manage and resolve complex home insurance claims.
  • Proactively handle claims from start to finish.
  • Investigate claims and gather necessary information.
  • Evaluate coverage and assess damages.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Work with a high level of autonomy.
  • Build handling authority limit up to 50k.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to keep them informed.

Requirements

  • Experience in claims management or insurance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
