Overview

The Information Security Officer will lead on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) from an IT perspective, developing and maintaining InfoSec policies, processes, and audits while ensuring third-party vendors meet security standards.

  • Conduct ongoing risk evaluations and address vendor compliance gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team for data protection.
  • Plan and complete internal and external audits for IT security.
  • Maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Incident Response (IR) strategies.
  • Work closely with technology and business teams to align InfoSec practices.
  • Assess new technology vendors and manage exit strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations like GDPR and PCI-DSS.

Requirements

  • Experience in Information Security and Risk Management.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement InfoSec policies.
  • Experience in vendor risk management and compliance assessments.
  • Ability to conduct audits and manage incident responses.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Business Continuity Planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in Information Security are a plus.
