Information Security Officer - Remote

Overview

The Information Security Officer (ISO) is responsible for safeguarding an organization's information and IT systems, developing and implementing security policies, monitoring and responding to security threats, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in information security roles.
• Leadership or managerial experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+).
• Strong knowledge of security technologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with security risk assessment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cloud security experience preferred.
