Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Supervisor to lead all warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely material supply to production lines while adhering to FIFO inventory management and efficient control of inventories.

• Lead and supervise warehouse operations.
• Manage cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory control.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Administer handling and control of scrap materials.
• Establish and enforce operational procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Service for timely shipments.
• Authorize requisitions for tools and materials.
• Support Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor compliance with foreign trade policies.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management.
• Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably JDE.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• English proficiency at 80% or higher.
