Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for the effective leadership and overall management of the Shipping, Inventory Control and Receiving associates, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in Supply Chain Operations and 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of logistics execution and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong analytical and tactical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience in safety and compliance regulations.
• Understanding of quality management systems.
