Accounts Payable Internship - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Intern to join our finance team, supporting multiple EU entities. This internship is limited to 6 months and offers a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

In Short

• Participate in training sessions and shadowing activities.
• Become familiar with routine accounts payable tasks.
• Learn to identify disputes related to invoices.
• Understand the escalation process for exceptional cases.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and business units.
• Prepare and send account statements as needed.
• Analyze payment requests and monitor for suspicious transactions.
• Use ERP systems such as Oracle, iScala, and AS400.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics.
• Understanding or interest in Finance or Accounts Payables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• PC experience (Microsoft Office).
• Fluency in English.
