In Short

• Global invoice processing - Receiving, verifying, and processing vendor invoices in Coupa.
• Manage the AP Shared Inbox. This includes being the point of contact for all vendor communications and invoice receiving.
• Weekly payment run processing. Prepare payment proposals for review and approval.
• Payment application and reconciliation. Ensure all invoices are marked as paid.
• Assist with month-end close process.
• Ad hoc reporting requests as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles.
• Familiarity with Coupa or similar invoice processing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions.
