Accounts Payable Accountant - Remote

Overview

As an Accounts Payable Accountant at WorkMotion, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor bills are booked accurately and paid timely, contributing to the efficiency of our global HR platform.

In Short

• Process all purchase invoices and book them in the accounting system.
• Manage vendor payments to ensure payment terms are honored.
• Handle reimbursement of travel expenses.
• Collaborate with external parties for open balance reconciliation.
• Work with other departments to ensure timely collection of vendor bills paid with credit cards.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Accounts Payable and education in Finance / Accounting.
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in processing travel expense reimbursements.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger coding.
• Experience with accounting software and good Excel skills.
• Excellent English language skills.
