We are looking to strengthen our finance team with an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/x) who will professionally manage our accounting processes with expertise and commitment.

In Short

• Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• Expertise in reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices.
• Data maintenance and creation, review, and approval of payment runs.
• Monitoring outstanding invoices at month-end and creating provisions for open incoming invoices.
• Independent monitoring and clarification of open items.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with several years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive knowledge in financial accounting.
• Proficient in using common ERP systems and MS Office applications.
• Good analytical skills.
• A high degree of initiative and commitment.
• Independent and structured working style.
