Overview

The Senior Director, Marketing - Americas (AMER), is pivotal in driving Couchbase’s growth strategy across the region. This role is a key member of the marketing leadership team, and leads marketing efforts in the Americas, operating in lock-step with sales leadership in the region.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• 5+ years in a regional or field marketing role.

• Experience in high-growth enterprise technology or software companies.
