Overview

The Senior Director of Global Field Marketing will lead a high-performing team across EMEA, AMER, and APJ, responsible for shaping the global field strategy, driving pipeline growth, and overseeing execution of regional campaigns, partner programs, and strategic events.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Field Marketing, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
• 5+ years leading high-performing global teams.
• Proven success in developing demand generation and ABM strategies.
• Strong experience with partner and event marketing programs.
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks, including Salesforce and Marketo.
• Ability to analyze data for decision-making and improvement.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
• A builder’s mindset and deep sense of accountability.
